
From 15 to 18 September, Bra will host the 20th edition of Cheese, an international event dedicated to high-quality dairy products and more.
This year’s event will also feature Acetaia del Cristo, the largest producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
The event will therefore also shine a spotlight on Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, a product that embodies the essence of Modena’s tradition, as well as the passion and expertise accumulated over the years and across generations, who have passed down a legacy that is as precious as it is rich in meaning.
Aged for at least 12 or more than 25 years in exquisite barrels made from fine woods and jealously guarded in the attics of Acetaia del Cristo, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO releases unique flavours, enhancing all kinds of dishes, particularly those featuring cheese.
To mark Cheese’s 20th anniversary, Acetaia del Cristo is launching a special product: a limited-edition Traditional Balsamic Vinegar drawn from fine wooden barrels dating from 1997!
