Acetaia del Cristo takes centre stage at Aperifucina in Como

On 25 April 2026, Acetaia del Cristo brought a genuine taste of Modena to Aperifucina, the exclusive event organised by La Fucina di Como and dedicated to lovers of fine dining and Italian excellence.


An intimate and engaging evening, reserved for a limited number of participants, who had the opportunity to discover and taste Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO through a guided tour exploring its history, production method and sensory characteristics.


The tasting session included both a blind tasting, to appreciate all the wine’s aromatic nuances, and a series of pairings with traditional Emilian specialities, designed to highlight its balance and complexity.


Rounding off the experience was the presence of Silvia Zucchi from Cantina Zucchi, a local neighbour and passionate advocate for the Modena region, who guided the guests through a discovery of her wines, describing each wine served as a pairing with expertise and passion.


The combination of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, wines from Emilia and local cuisine gave rise to an evening of in-depth exploration, conviviality and sharing, which captured the very essence of Emilia through its flavours.
