We’re about to have a dinner reservation at an extraordinary restaurant, with a menu entirely dedicated to our Acetaia del Cristo Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.

On 28 February, at 8.30 pm, our exquisite products will take centre stage in the dishes served at the Corte San Ruffillo farmhouse, nestled amongst the hills of Forlì-Cesena. The chef has created a menu entirely paired with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. An unmissable opportunity to savour the most interesting and appetising pairings with our excellent Traditional Black Gold of Modena PDO.
