New Nonna and Paradiso 2019 Collections: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP taken from precious and ancient barrels that are over a century old.
Big news: this year the wooden packaging is embellished with a unique hand-painted painting by artist Elena Fava using a pigment based on Balsamic Vinegar.
A self-taught painter and portraitist, Elena Fava was born in Modena on April 2, 1974, where she currently lives and works. Connected to art and artistic representations since childhood, she has always shown an innate talent for drawing and the figurative arts. Constantly searching for her own personal technique, she devotes herself to the study of chiaroscuro, also experimenting with different materials, one of which is balsamic vinegar. A full-fledged member of the “Balsamic Lovers” club, Elena Fava uses balsamic vinegar as a pigment, adding value to her works thanks to its unmistakable and unique dark brown color and the extraordinary aroma it emanates.
The 2019 Nonna and Paradiso Collections therefore underline the transversality of a product such as Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, increasingly appreciated and sought-after throughout the world.
