Today we’d like to introduce you to Acetaia del Cristo’s new project, which involves a select few food bloggers who will create dishes that blend “Tradition and Innovation”!

How does it work?

It’s very simple: some well-known food bloggers were asked to create some traditionally inspired dishes as well as some more innovative and original ones. The main ingredient will always be Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP!

Of course, each recipe can be replicated by anyone, and if you want to test yourself with these preparations, what a challenge!

In the coming weeks, we’ll be posting the recipes our food bloggers create, and we’ll ask you to comment and rate them.
