Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Extra Vecchio, aged in Juniper – 100ml.

Aged for over 25 years in rare juniper barrels, this Balsamic is an expression of power and balance. The wood, with its spicy and resinous notes, has shaped a rich and enveloping aromatic profile, where balsamic intensity merges with a vibrant, almost pungent strength.

Aromatic Notes:
An acidity that surprises and presses, sustained by a deep and layered balsamic character. The finish is endless, a trail of penetrating and intoxicating aromas, capable of leaving a lasting impression.

Gastronomic Pairings:
Perfect for noble game such as roe deer and venison, premium red meats such as beef tenderloin and entrecôte, and smoked fish such as eel and creamed cod. An authentic masterpiece, which also reveals itself in spoon tasting.
