I took the tour and tasting at Acetaia del Cristo filled with curiosity about a traditional product that has intrigued me since I was a child. Besides answering all my questions about traditional balsamic vinegar, the tour left me with a profound sense of admiration for a company built on passion and profound respect for the traditions of the local culture. Walking among the rows of barrels, immersed in the aromas of the vinegars, and enjoying the detailed and passionate explanations is like taking a journey through the history of the many families who have perpetuated the tradition of balsamic vinegar production over the centuries. The final tasting is a true moment of discovery, revealing all the essences and varieties of this unique product. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone; it's one of a kind!
