A dinner made entirely with typical Romagna products, enhanced by a selection of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegars. The underlying theme is respect for nature and its rhythms, marked by the seasons, and a love for its fruits. In celebration of &quot;M'illumino di meno,&quot; a symbolic initiative aimed at raising awareness of energy saving and protecting our beloved Earth, our Sensory Dinner is taking shape. On Friday, February 23rd, within the walls of Corte San Ruffillo, guests will enjoy a candlelit dinner sampling the many culinary delights the venue offers.
