Yes, once you’ve placed your order, you can select the “invoice” option, where you can indicate your company name, company headquarters, VAT number, and unique SDI code.<\/p>\n

If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout, just before making the payment, in the appropriate box next to the order summary.<\/p>\n

1.6 How are the products protected inside the package?<\/h6>\n

We care about your order and the environment. Most of the packaging materials used are recycled and eco-friendly. <\/p>\n

The bottles, stored inside the package, are always protected by tissue paper and are arranged inside the package in such a way as to optimize space and ensure they do not move excessively, thus avoiding dents and\/or breakages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For orders within Italy, shipping is always free for all Vinegars, with the exception of Accessories, Publications, and Clothing.<\/p>\n

For orders destined for Europe and non-EU countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the volume of the package shipped.<\/p>\n

2.2 Which couriers do you use for e-commerce shipments?<\/h6>\n

Unless otherwise noted, DHL is our preferred courier for deliveries to Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track your order, and manage its delivery if necessary, directly from the DHL website. <\/p>\n

We always try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Except for the Christmas period, national holidays and\/or summer holidays, which are promptly communicated on our website, our online order management policy provides for delivery within a maximum of 3-5 working days in Italy and usually an average transit time of between 5-10 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n

Yes, you can add a greeting message during the order process, in the “Order Notes” field. The card will be added to your package. <\/p>\n

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, even after opening.<\/p>

05. Guided tours<\/h3>

5.1 How much does it cost to visit Acetaia del Cristo?<\/h6>

The standard guided tour, including a tasting, costs \u20ac10.00 per person, Monday through Friday, during office hours. It’s free for guides, companions, and children up to 14 years old. <\/p>

On Saturdays and Sundays, by reservation only and subject to availability, the cost is<\/p>

It is always advisable to book a guided tour through our website, providing your first name, last name, number of participants, preferred language (Italian or English), and chosen date for the visit.
