The Sweet&Sour Cocktail with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is refreshing, intense and definitely aromatic, ideal to enjoy a restorative break during the spring days.
Made by Chef Mauro Ganzerla of Dorando Bar in Carpi, close to Modena, the Sweet&Sour Cocktail is a drink with contrasting notes which create a truly unique mix of flavors!

Ingredients:
- 1 cl Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Mulberry
- Orgeat
Lemon juice - Grapefruit juice
- 3 cl Campari
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in the shaker, shake well, pour into a “wide and low” glass and garnish with a fresh fruit skewer.
Presentation:
Finally, we suggest to garnish the cocktail with a slice of kiwi, 3 slices of apple, 1 slice of pear and 1 red cherry.
